If you are still facing protein shortages, you may opt to drink protein shakes as it comes from a healthy source of protein. Some protein shakes even contain high protein contents and is low in calories, which make it a favourable snack if you do feel hungry at any time of the day and/or a supplement to aid you to reach your recommended daily protein intake.
